(please note: no half hour bookings and we can only accept bookings for a minimum of 1 hour)

7:00 AM to 9:30 PM:
$37 per hour
Sat/Sun and Public Holidays:
8:00 AM to 9:00 PM:

Public Liability Disclaimer
Your safety and enjoyment of our facility are of utmost importance to us.By entering and using our facilities, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below in this Public Liability Disclaimer.
1. Assumption of Risk
By participating in activities at this venue, you acknowledge and accept that tennis and related activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:- Personal injury (e.g., slips, falls, or collisions)
- Damage to property (e.g., equipment, personal items)
2. Liability Waiver
Bondi Tennis Centre and its employees, representatives, and affiliates are not liable for:- Any injury, loss, or damage incurred while using our facilities, except where such liability arises from negligence on our part.
- Any personal items lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises.
3. Safety Rules
To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, all patrons must adhere to the following:- Wear appropriate footwear and clothing.
- Use equipment responsibly and as intended.
- Follow instructions from staff and posted signage.
- Report any hazards, damaged equipment, or injuries immediately to venue staff.
4. Insurance
Bondi Tennis Centre maintains public liability insurance to cover incidents arising from our negligence. This coverage DOES NOTextend to injuries or damages resulting from patrons’ own actions or misuse of facilities.(We strongly recommend that patrons obtain personal accident insurance for additional protection.)
5. Parental Supervision
Children under the age of 10 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. The supervising adult assumes full responsibility for the child’s actions and safety.6. Reporting Incidents
In the event of an injury or incident:- Notify a staff member immediately.
- Follow any instructions provided by staff for medical assistance or evacuation, if necessary.
7. Amendments
Bondi Tennis Centre reserves the right to modify this disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be available on our website and at the venue.8. Acceptance of Terms
By entering the premises and/or using the facilities, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer.9. RAIN - Our synthetic grass courts have excellent drainage and in most cases, they are playable very soon once rain has stopped. As such it is imperative that you call the PRO SHOP on 9130-3095 in the event of inclement weather to verify whether the courts are playable or not. If the courts are deemed unplayable by the PRO SHOP Manager, you will receive a credit voucher on your card (Please note - No refunds in the event of rain)
10. CANCELLATIONS - Provided you give at least 24 hours notice that you wish to cancel your court, you will receive a credit on your card. However, in the event of a no show or if your court is cancelled within the 24 hour notice period, the fee is forfeited and you will not receive a credit. (Please note - No refunds in the event of 24 hours cancellation notice given)
11. BOOKING COURT 2 - Please note that court 2 is a singles court and does not have tramlines so if you are booking this court - while it is perfect for singles play - it is not ideal if you are playing doubles.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION ON HOW TO GAIN ENTRY TO TENNIS COURTS AND HOW TO ACCESS RACQUETS THAT HAVE BEEN HIRED:
Once you have completed the booking process, the PIN number to unlock the court gates will be emailed to the email address you supplied at the time of making your booking. If you have hired racquets, please collect them from the left sliding door of the Pro Shop (which is unlocked) and please return them there after play. A can of used tennis balls has been left there as well should you need.
