Bondi Beach Tennis, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage unless due to proven negligence. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Safety Requirements
To maintain safety, patrons must:

Insurance
We hold public liability insurance for incidents resulting from our negligence. This does not cover accidents due to misuse. Patrons are encouraged to have personal accident insurance.
Parental Supervision
Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult, who assumes responsibility for their safety and behaviour.
Incident Reporting
All incidents or injuries must be reported to staff immediately. Reports must be submitted within 7 days.
Amendments
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version is available at our venue and online.

By entering our premises or using our facilities, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Weather Policy
Our courts drain quickly and are usually playable soon after rain. Contact the Pro Shop (9130 3095) for updates. If courts are unplayable, a credit voucher will be issued—no refunds for rain-related cancellations.
Cancellation Policy
Court bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance for credit. No credit for late cancellations or no-shows. Refunds are not provided.
Court 2 Notice
Court 2 is a singles court without tramlines and is not suitable for doubles play.
Court Access & Racquet Pickup
After booking, a gate PIN will be emailed. If hiring racquets, collect them from the unlocked left sliding door of the Pro Shop and return them afterward. A can of used balls is provided.
