Court Hire Terms and Conditions:

By confirming payment, you agree to the Eastside Tennis Centre Terms & Conditions.

Cancellations:

• A casual booking may be cancelled or changed up to 24 hours prior to the booking time, and a credit will be provided for future use. You can do this online. No changes to bookings can be made within the 24hrs.

Playing Over Time:

• It is the responsibility of the hirer to finish playing at the designated time. If the court is vacant after the designated period, the hirer may extend their session, and pay the additional fee.

Wet Weather:

• In the case of wet weather contact 0493 496 426 to check the court conditions.
• Our synthetic courts drain well and will usually only be unplayable after prolonged heavy rain. Determination of play-ability during wet weather is at the sole discretion of the Court Manager. Credit will be applied to your account if play is deemed as unsafe, please contact us to arrange this.
• If your booking is cancelled by us due to wet weather, you will receive an email with a court hire credit voucher for future use. No refunds are given.

Coaching and Equipment:

• Court hirers are NOT PERMITTED TO CONDUCT ANY COACHING at Eastside Tennis Centre without prior consent from management.
• Coaching baskets are NOT permitted for court hire.
• Commercial hirers or groups must contact the centre before booking.
• Racquets are available for hire, and balls are available for sale from the pro shop.

Court Allocation:

• Court allocation cannot be guaranteed; your booking may be moved to another court with a similar surface if necessary.

Safety:

• Please note that due to our extensive operating hours, we cannot always guarantee the presence of a certified first aid officer onsite. It is the responsibility of the court hirer to have their own first aid supplies and understand that first aid may not be always available.
• Hirers play at their own risk.
• We accept no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to personal possessions that occurs during an activity at our venue..

As a User you agree not to:

• smoke, vape or drink alcohol at eastside tennis centre including all areas of the tennis courts buildings, bathrooms and surrounds
• bring and use portable music systems on tennis courts
• bring dogs onto the tennis courts – dogs must be kept under control on a lead whilst in the grounds around the tennis courts.
• ride bicycles, scooters or skateboards on the tennis courts
