For casual court bookings, a full credit will be applied to the customer’s account if a booking cannot be used due to wet-weather unplayability. This credit may be used toward any future booking. No refunds are issued.

Permanent bookings do not receive credits for sessions that are washed out due to wet weather.

A casual booking may be cancelled up to 6 hours prior to the booking time and a credit given for future use. No refund will be given.

It is the responsibility of the hirer to finish play at the designated booking time. If a court is vacant at the expiry of the booking period, the booking may be extended, subject to availability. Any extension will incur an additional charge, calculated on a pro-rata basis of the hourly rate, and must be paid at the main clubhouse.
