• Bookings cannot be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of the start time.
  If you cancel more than 24 hours before your booking start time (no refund), a credit voucher of the full booking amount will be issued, which can be used for future bookings.
• All players must check in at reception before entering the court. Please note that failure to do so may result in your booking being cancelled without refund.
• Racquet and ball hire is available at reception. A form of ID is required and will be held until the equipment is returned.
• We kindly ask that you keep the area tidy for the next customer and ensure the gate is closed when leaving.

By proceeding with an online tennis court booking at KDV Sport, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as set out in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and applied in Queensland under the Fair Trading Act 1989 (QLD).

Cancellations & Refunds

Bookings are non-refundable, except as required under the ACL (e.g. if services are not provided due to circumstances within KDV Sport’s control).

If courts become unavailable due to weather, maintenance, or other operational reasons, KDV Sport will provide a credit for a future booking, as required by law.

Player Responsibility

Players are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrivals may result in forfeited court time without refund.

Appropriate footwear and behaviour are required on all courts.

Changes to Bookings

KDV Sport reserves the right to amend or cancel bookings where courts are unavailable due to tournaments, events, or maintenance. In such cases, credits or refunds will be provided in accordance with the ACL.
