Court Hire Term and Conditions:
* Synthetic Grass Courts have a good drainage system and will usually only be unplayable after prolonged heavy rain. Please call on 9344 3350 to check if courts are playable. * A full credit is applied to a customer's account when a booking is unable to be used due to wet weather. * Management has the right to re-assign a court number if necessary. * Please note that it is expected that all online bookings check in at the office before commencing play. * Any bookings made online will acure 2% surcharge, as any payments made by card at the office.
Commercial bookings:
* Use of the bookings system is for recreational hires only. * Members are not permitted to book courts for any coaches to conduct lessons. * Tennis coaches are not permitted to book courts for commercial use or conduct any coaching related activities.
Time extension:
* It is the responsibility of the hire to finish play at the designated time. Extending your booking time is not free of charge. * Using additional courts that are not booked and paid for will accrue charges.
Cancelations:
* Cancel on your own 24hours prior to the booking time and credit will be issued (NO REFUND) for future bookings, using a link sent to you with a booking confirmation email. * If a booking is cancelled online, a credit will be awarded however, credit can only be used once. If booking is cancelled for the second time, credit will be lost
