- If you need to hire equipment please contact 9822 3336 or use AI chatbot on our website www.marconitennis.com.au. - The ProShop may or may not be open when you arrive for your booking. - If it is raining and the tennis courts are not playable, a credit voucher will be issued. - Pickleball $20 per court/hr, additional court fee paid directly to proshop. - Proshop may be closed when you arrive at the centre.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
For online bookings, a full credit will be given:
- when cancellation is given via phone (02 9822 3336) more than 24 hours prior to the booking time. - due to wet weather. Determination of playability during wet weather is at the sole discretion of the Court Manager - please ring on 02 9822 3336 if you need to check.
Players need to phone the centre under these circumstances and the credit will be issued via a voucher to be used for a future online booking. No refund will be provided.
