Please be aware that our synthetic courts shed water very well and will generally only be unplayable after prolonged heavy rain. Determination of playability during wet weather is at the sole discretion of the Court Manager - please ring call 54745494 or 0403714088
For a casual booking a full credit is applied to a customer's account when a booking is unable to be used due to wet weather or court un-playability. This credit can be used against any future booking. No refunds are given.
Public Court Bookings
The NTC's operation hours a between 8-12 PM and 3-6 PM. If your booking is outside these hours be sure to use the contact details above to receive instructions upon arrival letting you know how to access the facility.
** There will be no access to food and equipment outside these hours.
Cancellations
A casual booking may be cancelled up to 6 hours prior to the booking time and a credit given for future use. No refund will be given.
Playing Over Time
It is the responsibility of the hirer to finish play at the designated time. Where a court is vacant at the expiry of the booking period, the booking may be extended, in which case an additional charge is payable as a proportion of the hourly rate.
Members
Members are responsible for guests they may bring to the club ensuring their guest fee is paid to the Pro Shop staff before play is started.
If members do not cancel any bookings made ahead of time or without notifying staff penalties/booking restrictions may apply.
Late arrival allowance
Players with a booking will be given a 15min window to arrive after the time of booking, after this time has lapsed the court booking will be removed.
