ONLINE COURT HIRE TERMS & CONDITIONS

• - Minimum court hire is 1 hour.
• - If racquet & ball hire is required, please arrange with management prior to booking and payment for the court. 
• - All courts are hardcourt.
• - In case of wet weather phone 0422 156 344 to check playability.
• - If courts are unplayable a full credit will be applied to the customer's account.
• - Management reserves the right to re-assign court allocations.
• - Online bookings are required to check into the office prior to commencing play.
• - Use of the online booking system is for recreational play only.
• - Online bookings are not allowed to bring in outside coaches.
• - Tennis coaches are not permitted to book online for their own commercial gain or other coaching-related activities.
• - No coaching baskets allowed without management approval. 
• - It is the hirers responsibility to finish @ their designated booking time.
• - Use of additional courts that are not booked or paid for will accrue charges
  
  

CANCELLATIONS

• - If you cancel your online booking 24 hours prior, a credit will be issued ( no refund ) for any future booking, using a link that will be sent to you with a confirmation email
