TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• In the case of wet weather contact 9522 4252 to check court conditions.
• If wash out occurs customers will receive a credit - not a refund.
• SWTC reserves the right to reassign court allocations for booking purposes.
• The hire of racquets or balls is available at the office for an additional cost.
• The use of online booking is for recreational play only.
• Online bookings are not permitted to bring in outside coaches.
• Tennis coaches are not permitted to book online for their own commercial gain.
• It is the online bookings responsibility to stick to their booked time.
  

CANCELLATIONS:

• You can cancel your booking with more than 6 hours notice for a credit.
• Any cancellations within 6 hours the booking will be forfeited.
• Online bookings are final and cannot be transferred to another time or day.
