Court Hire and Bookings Terms and Conditions:

STC reserves the right to make price changes without notice. STC reserves the right to reassign a court due to tournament or event requirements.  Prepaid bookings take precedence over other bookings. It is the client's responsibility to provide evidence of any booking claim. Where the STC is found to be in error it will do its utmost to rectify the situation. Only STC tennis coaches are permitted to conduct coaching sessions unless granted permission by the Director of Coaching. No baskets are permitted only 8 balls maximum unless granted permission by coaching staff.

For a casual booking, a full credit is applied to a customer's account when a booking is unable to be used due to wet weather. This credit can be used for any future booking. No refunds are given.

Cancellations

A casual booking may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the booking and a credit given for future use. No refund will be given. 

Playing Over Time

Customers must stick to allocated booking times. Extending a booking carries a charge. Extra court hire fees apply. Using extra courts is not free of charge. Additional court hire fees apply.
