CANCELLATION POLICY:
Casual Hirer Cancellation
For online bookings, a full credit will be given:
- when cancellation is given via phone (0490 108 852) more than 24 hours prior to the booking time. - due to wet weather. Determination of playability during wet weather is at the sole discretion of the Court Manager - please ring on 0490 108 852 if you need to check.
Players need to phone (0490 108 852) or email - office.ahctc@gmail.com under these circumstances and the credit will be issued via a voucher to be used for a future online booking. No refund will be provided.
Member Booking Cancellation

MEMBER POLICY:
Adult & Junior Members are restricted to booking one hour per day in Off-Peak. Family Membership is two hrs per day.
