COURT HIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please be aware that our synthetic grass courts shed water very well and will generally only be unplayable after prolonged heavy rain.

TENNIS PURPOSES ONLY
The tennis courts are only to be used for the purpose of recreational tennis. Professional coaching may only take place by persons approved by the club.

SAFETY
It is a condition that users of the tennis courts undertake to always use the facilities in a safe and cautious manner. You acknowledge that by using the tennis courts you will be exposed to certain risks, including the risk of physical injury and that the use of the tennis courts is entirely at your own risk. The synthetic grass courts are sand-filled which helps water absorption and as such is deemed a Slippery surface, All users must use appropriate tennis footwear when using the tennis courts.

PLAYER ETIQUETTE
Please keep all noise to a minimum for the comfort of all users and our neighbours. There are no bins on site. Please take all rubbish with you and leave the courts tidy for the next players to enjoy.

OPEN HOURS
The courts are open 7am to 9pm, Monday to Saturday and 8am to 9pm Sunday. There will be times that the courts are not available for public hire due to some public holidays, members sessions, permanent bookings, coaching and other events and programmes.

PLAYING OVER TIME
It is the responsibility of the hirer to finish play at the designated time. Where a court is vacant at the expiry of the booking period, the booking may be extended by purchasing and paying for an additional block of time.

WET WEATHER POLICY
If it is deemed too wet for your booking you will be provided a credit for a future booking.

PAYMENTS
All online payments are processed securely by EZI DEBIT financial services. We do not handle, receive or view any of your credit card information.

CANCELLATIONS
Please note that Bow Bowing Tennis courts have a no refund policy however credit can be given for 48 hours notice to your booking time.

VENUE ACCESS
When your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. Shortly before your booking time you will receive a passcode to enter the courts. The code is changed frequently and as such only provided to you at the time of your booking. You will be responsible to re-lock the courts when you are the last booking and no one else is on the courts.
