All casual court hire tennis bookings are done online. We do not take casual tennis bookings over the phone or on email. Court hire is strictly for casual play. Non centre based tennis coaching is strictly prohibited. Any external coaching will result in booking being cancelled and forfeited.There is currently no option to book permanent court hire times. Courts are reserved by a first come, first served basis.

CANCELLATIONS & WET WEATHER
The Ark reserves the right to cancel any bookings due to weather, tennis court maintenance or for any other reason relating to our business operations and issue you with a credit to your online account. We will always endeavour to provide you with advance notice if we have to cancel a booking and may contact you to organise an alternate booking date.
You can cancel your booking online on our app 24 hours or more before your booking start time without forfeiting fees.
Cancellations within 24 hours will result in fees paid being forfeited.

EXTRA TIME ON COURT?
Our courts are a user pay system and allocated by time.
If the court is free after you, you still have to book the court, it is not free to use.
Players who decide to stay on court past their allocated booking time should book that extra time online first before proceeding.
If not booked, we will invoice you for extra time used in half hour segments.
Booking times are monitored daily by the The Ark team and CCTV, and we will issue invoices to customers found to use the courts past their allocated booking time.
