Wet Weather

Even when raining in nearby suburbs we miss a lot of rain and our grass courts (courts 3, 4, 5, 6 ,7 and 8) will generally only be unplayable after prolonged heavy rain. Our hardcourts (courts 1 and 2) will be unplayable with far less rain.
Determination of playability during wet weather is at the sole discretion of the Court Manager - please ring 0411 841 902 if you need to check. Or check for an update on the Evolution Tennis website https://evolutiontennis.com.au/
For a casual booking, a full credit is applied to a customer's account when a booking is unable to be used due to wet weather (determined by the court manager). This credit can be used against any future booking. No refunds are given.

Cancellations

A casual booking may be cancelled up to 3 hours prior to the booking time and a credit given for future use. No refund will be given.

Playing Over Time

Please talk with respect to clients booking the courts before and after you and stick to your booking times.
It is the responsibility of the hirer to finish play at the designated time. Where a court is vacant at the expiry of the booking period, the booking may be extended, in which case an additional charge is payable as a proportion of the hourly rate.

Equipment Hire and Sales

We sell racquets, grips and tennis balls from our proshop and offer restringing services.
You may also hire racquets. Racquet hire is at $5 per racquet, all hired racquets must be returned to our clubhouse in good condition straight after play. Equipment hire is available from 9am to 8:30 pm weekdays and until 8 pm on weekends.

Expected Behaviour

Please remember that we are a family-friendly centre and respect all players and workers.
Put all rubbish in the bins provided, close gates after you and turn off shed lights when leaving your court.
Court management reserves the right to ask anyone who does not respect the above conditions to leave the centre. No credit or refund will be given.
