2. All online payments are processed securely by Ezidebit. We do not handle, receive or view any of your credit card information. Ezidebit does however charge a small processing fee of $0.66c per bank account and 1.91% (minimum of $0.88c) per Visa/Mastercard per transaction. - Players can freely alter, extend or cancel their booking entirely up until 24 hours before the booking is scheduled. After this time we can adjust your booking if possible and at our discretion but you will not be able to cancel outright. To make changes to your booking please contact us via our mobile or email
- All bookings cancelled more than 24 hours beforehand will have the option to be issued a full credit to use for your next booking or receive a refund via bank transfer (note Ezidebit processing fees will not be refunded.) Refunds will take a few days to process
- No credits or refunds will be provided for players that fail to show up for their booking or contact us after their booking time to make amendments
- In the case of wet weather, we deem the courts unsafe to play on during storms, hail, and heavy rain. We also deem them unsafe if your court has visible puddles on its surface. If any of these conditions occurred during your hire time, simply send us a text/email with your name and hire time and we will email you a credit voucher to use for your next booking, valued at the full price of hire you paid.
- If you are unsure if your court is suitable to play please either check our social media pages for an update or give us a call on 0478 681 539 and we will confirm. We do not approve of players playing on courts under dangerous conditions.
- If you feel uncomfortable playing due to the weather please contact us and we are more than happy to provide you with a credit. However, no credits will be provided for players that fail to show up for their booking citing dangerous weather when this is not the case.
