Set on the banks of the Brisbane River at Tennyson, the Queensland Tennis Centre is the home of tennis in Queensland and one of Australia’s premier tennis venues.

This $100 million world-class facility features Pat Rafter Arena, a 5,500-seat international-standard centre court with 20 corporate suites, along with 23 International Tennis Federation standard courts across clay, grass and cushion acrylic surfaces. It was the first venue in Australia to bring together all three Grand Slam playing surfaces in one location.

The centre also includes a pro shop, player change rooms, meeting and function facilities, and the administrative offices of Tennis Queensland.

Whether you are picking up a racquet for the first time, joining a social hit, playing midweek competition, or chasing elite-level performance, the Queensland Tennis Centre welcomes players of all ages and standards.

The Milton Tennis Centre at Frew Park, Milton Rd was the home of Queensland tennis from 1915 and consisted of 19 hard courts and four grass courts. It hosted eight Australian Championships/Opens and 16 Davis Cup ties (including three finals). Apart from tennis it also hosted concerts featuring acts such as the Rolling Stones, Elton John and Johnny Cash and 10,000 fans witnessed Jeff White retain his national lightweight title against Lionel Rose in 1971. The Milton courts were converted into Australia’s major tennis centre for the Davis Cup final in 1958 and were the venue for the first Australian Open in 1969.

On November 29, 2014 the rebirth of Frew Park was completed courtesy of a $12m investment by the Brisbane City Council that has seen the site transform into a sporting and cultural hub servicing the inner city residents. The park contains open spaces, BBQ's, a commercial tennis centre, parking, kiosk and amenities.

Brookfield Tennis Centre offers coaching and court hire, located in Brookfield, twenty minutes west of the centre of Brisbane. Located in the leafy surrounds of Brookfield the facilities include 4 synthetic grass day/night courts, kitchen, toilets and two undercover areas to relax in between play plus a large deck. The rustic ambience includes a wooden bridge entrance over a creek and the entire centre is surrounded by acreage. The historic wooden ticket office from the old Milton Tennis Centre (Aus Open) has been restored back to its former glory and forms part of the entrance.

The Pure Tennis Academy located in Ferny Hills, Brisbane is a six-court facility (2 hardcourts and 3 synthetic grass) which has been in existence for over 30 years. Located in the tranquil surroundings of the Brisbane forestry, the academy offers players a professional playing and coaching experience in a relaxed and family-oriented atmosphere. We also manage the bookings for 2 synthetic grass courts located at Wahminda Park.

Open 7 days from 5:30 am – 9:00 pm, you can enjoy a hit of tennis either by day or night with all courts bathed in LED lighting at night.
