About This Venue
The Wauchope Tennis Club is located in a fantastic position overlooking the Hastings river in the northern area of the town.
We are located near the River and have 7 Tennis Courts and 3 Pickleball Court available.
Wauchope Tennis Club has been part of the Wauchope community since 1899. Originally located at Bain Park, the Tennis courts were relocated to River St after a request from Rotary in 1955 for a Rotary Hall to be built on the site of the old tennis courts. The Bain family offered land to the council at the old 'Wharf Reserve' on the riverbank of the Hastings River where the courts are currently located.
The Wauchope Tennis Club has grown since in early beginning and now has 7 Synthetic Grass Courts and 3 Pickelball Courts.
